Volunteer opportunities!

Please contact the RE Committee if you feel able to help in any way, especially in the following areas:

Teaching classes (we will be looking for teachers in the winter and spring sessions)
Playground supervision
Leading social activities such as:
* Halloween party Oct. 31
* Helping RE decorate church and GH for the holidays
* Seder
* Empty Bowls - crafts, cooks, set-up

Please keep in mind that we can do great things with our volunteer help. Let's spread the work around so that we can all participate in our children's spiritual journey. We look forward to seeing you on the 14th after church on the playground!

EASTER
Easter Sunday is always a special day here at church. Please come early and join us for breakfast, attend the church service and come hunt eggs in our magnificent churchyard. Our giant egg hunt starts immediately after the service and is open to everyone. We hide hundreds of eggs in our lovely garden and we welcome parents and grandparents alike to help find all the eggs. The empty plastic eggs must be turned into the “Easter Desk” so you can collect your goodie bags. We recycle, you get rewards, and everyone enjoys a lovely day in the sunshine. Remember to bring your basket!


FOR THE NEW YEAR I WILL MAKE A RESOLUTION TO VOLUNTEER TO TEACH AN RE CLASS!
