Mission: Archives fosters the institutional memory of the church by protecting and preserving materials relating to its ongoing history.
Meeting Logistics: Committee meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month. Work sessions occur after the monthly meeting and again from 10:00-3:00 on the fourth Wednesday of the month. For those who cannot meet during the day, there are other on-going projects that can be done at times convenient to them.

In addition, the committee is creating and will maintain various displays of items of historical importance to the church.
Ways to Serve: Members are needed to do one or more of the following: sort materials received into categories, file materials, tape interviews with long-standing members, digitize audio tapes, identify and preserve photographs, create displays of items of historic importance, digitize documents with our scanner, and curate our books.
Helpful Skills: Decision-making skills, logical thinking skills, ability to pay attention to details, patience, creativity (especially for designing history displays), IT skills, and a love of history and of this historic institution.
